12 week registered program
$325 + tax

3 weekly private classes:
Monday 6am - 50mins
Wednesday 4:15pm - 45mins
Saturday 9am - 75mins

This registered program is geared for anyone with significant weight to lose, someone who has never been to the gym before and is a little intimidated to just get going on their own.  You will have the three private classes along with email / text / phone / private Facebook group access to your trainers, Kathi Taylor and Jason Ball, for the duration of the program.  The emphasis will be on getting healthy, weight loss and building “fit” habits.  

Included: access to all regular BDHQ classes if they wish.

KathiTAbout Kathi:
First off, I’ve been there myself, having lost over 100lbs and going from couch potato to being fit and healthy.

Kathi is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Instructor. 

I am passionate about helping others learn about fitness and wellness. Fads, potions, quick fixes and deprivation generally don’t have long-term lasting results and I believe anyone can improve their general well-being with a few simple changes. I believe a life long love of fitness starts with our youth and we need to make health, fitness and good nutrition a priority in our families. 

I love travelling with my family and am always seeking a new adventure.
