    Jason was an ambassador for Lululemon, he is the co-leader of November Project Victoria, and he also leads a run clinic called Westcoast Running.  Jason loves to teach all classes, especially spin.  He leads a very active life; he has completed 11 Full Ironmans, 21 Half Ironmans, 24 marathons, and numerous half marathons and other running races.  So come out and meet Jason at one of his kick ass classes!! 

  • johnnyolarteJohnny is a local Realtor and been BCRPA certified since the 2001. He has been working out consistently from a very young age, always maintaining a very balanced and challenging work-out routine. Johnny is passionate about motivating others to train hard as well and has been enjoying teaching spin classes for five years now. With fun drills and constantly changing playlist, he promises to bring a ton of energy and excitement to each class.  
  • Jane HJane has always lived her life with high energy and a passion for movement. Since she was little she has been in high performance sports: swimming, gymnastics, track and field cross county along hiking, and dancing. She's always looking for the next best physical challenge which was one of the main reasons she choose BDHQ to start her fitness journey. With her passion for fitness she started exercise and wellness education at Camosun and received her CSEP-CPT. Currently Jane is now in her 3rd year in the exercise and wellness program. 
  • jenny hawesJenny was a born and raised in Victoria. Having gown up always immersed in sport, she is thrilled to be a part of the BDHQ team where she can share her passion for fitness & wellbeing. Jenny has trained in a diverse range of sport from field hockey, soccer, acrobatics & most recently, slalom skiing. She is currently studying Sport Science at Camosun College and is working towards her CSEP-CPT certification. When not teaching, working or involved with school, you can find Jenny out on trail runs with her best boy, Oakley!
  • sineadSinead grew up in Prince George and spent 5+ years competing in 100, 200, and 400m hurdles in track and field. She worked as a coach for all ages but focused on athletes training to compete in hurdles and short distance sprints. Her love for coaching began at a young age as she loved helping her athletes reach their goals. She's worked as a forest firefighter for the last 6 years; a job that requires a high level of fitness and drive. She believes exercise should be dynamic, so whether its weight training, spin, CrossFit, running up a mountain, or doing an outdoor bootcamp, she loves participating in all areas of fitness. Because of this, she is currently getting her Bachelors of Sport and Fitness Leadership.
  • sophieSophie is an ACE certified personal trainer and an exercise and wellness student at Camosun College. Sophie grew up playing sports and is now passionate about weight lifting and endurance training. She loves anything that embraces an active and healthy lifestyle. Sophie’s goal at BDHQ is to get everyone pushing themselves and making progress, while getting super sweaty. Come check out one of Sophie’s classes for a hardcore full body workout!
  • HannahHannah grew up primarily racing triathlon. In highschool she got involved with rowing and ended up going down to the US to row for the University of Miami while completing her bachelors degree. She is currently at Camosun in the BSN program. So far  she's really loved teaching classes at BDHQ and getting to know all the great people that come every week!
