Pre/Post Natal Workouts


Get fit with with other new moms. Wheel your stroller or baby joggers right in the studio, or still in their car seats.  Whatever works. Babies start as young as three weeks old, but is dependent on mom and how ready she feels to start. Please get cleared for exercise from your doctor prior to introducing any exercise program. 

The trainer will take you through a full body workout which can be modified for any fitness level.  If you need to stop and breastfeed or change a dieaper during class or your toddler needs your attention, you just do you. No judgement in these four walls. That's what these classes are for. Get in as much exercise as you can during the 45 minute window.

Our trainers will ensure you get an amazing and safe workout. Arrive as early as you like to warm-up and get in some cardio before start time and feel free to hit a spin bike after class if your baby allows it. 

Do it for you. A happy mom = happy baby :)
