Pre/Post Natal Workouts


Get fit with with other new moms. Baby joggers are not required, but if you want to jog at class you should have one. If you're happy to power walk, any stroller will do. Babies start as young as 3 weeks old, just depends on mom and how ready she feels to start. Please get cleared for exercise from your doctor prior to starting. 

Our trainers will ensure you get an amazing and safe workout. Arrive as early as you like to warm-up and get in some cardio before start time and feel free to hit a spin bike after class if your baby allows it. 

Do it for you. A happy mom = happy baby :)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 10:15 – 11 a.m.
