Open group Kettlebell classes on Johnson St schedule:
Tuesday / Thursday 5-6pm - Kettlebells
Sunday 12-1pm - KB Sport

Single handedly, double depending on if you're using two bells, the most versatile tool I've ever used in a gym. The ability to focus on target areas or put a full body workout together using one piece of equipment makes that bowling ball with a handle my go to for training. Having James as a trainer, with his positive encouragement, coaching and making sure you're doing it right and desire to make you better, is the ultimate reason to come back again and again.
