High Performance Teen Training
13-18 years old
Saturdays, 4-5pm
8 week program - $125
Following a successful first round of teen training, we are offering our second round April 7th to May 26th. 

Teen Training is about encouraging improved general fitness baselines to maximize long term peak potential. Whether those goals are to bolster in-sport performance, foster greater resilience against injury, or simply get into shape, this class has something for every level.

Training will incorporate a variety of different workouts. Help build strength, cardio and athletic conditioning, plus have fun! This co-ed program is co-ed and open to all fitness levels.
Led by BDHQ trainer, Cody Lasko.

Expect to sweat. Expect to grow stronger. Expect to learn. And have fun while doing it!
Limited to 20 spots.
REGISTER: Online in Mindbody, in the online store, under Services, choose Memberships, then High Performance Teen Training. Can also register in person.
