High Performance Teen Training
13-18 years old
Saturdays, 4-5pm
Saturday, January 20th to March 10th
8 week program - $125
 
Training will incorporate a variety of different workouts. Help build strength, cardio and athletic conditioning, plus have fun! This co-ed program is co-ed and open to all fitness levels.
 
Led by Jason Ball and Cody Lasko.

Teen Training is all about encouraging improved general fitness baselines to maximize long term peak potential. Whether those goals are to bolster in-sport performance, foster greater resilience against injury, or simply get into shape, this class has something for every level.

Expect to sweat. Expect to grow stronger. Expect to learn. And have fun while doing it!

Limited to 20 spots.
