You can now try out our Small Group Training program for one week before registering for the full program! $39 for three x 30 minute small group sessions, to be used in one week.

Note: One week trial does not include large group classes. 



Program outline 

Monday - LOWER BODY - 7am, 7:30am, 8am, 3pm, 4pm
Tuesday - UPPER BODY - 7am, 7:30am, 8am, 3pm
Wednesday - CARDIO/ABS 7am, 7:30am, 8am, 3pm, 4pm
Thursday - LOWER BODY - 7am, 7:30am, 8am, 3pm
Friday - UPPER BODY - 7am, 7:30am, 8am, 3pm
Saturday - CARDIO/ABS - 9:30am only


3 specific training times per week 
30 minute training sessions in groups of 2-8 people
Includes unlimited studio classes so you can workout as often as you need!

You get the full team of trainers for a variety of full body kick-ass workouts that will leave you covered in sweat and a smile on your face. 

Groups of 2-8 people train in 30 minute high intensity sessions, three times a week. Arrive 15mins before each appointment for warm-up and stretch after.  

Included in your program are all regular studio classes, nutritional guidelines, private Facebook group for participants, food tracker, weekly weigh-ins, before and after pictures / measurements and regular fitness assessments. With over 40 times a week to train, there is no excuse to not get fit!

I'm not a member at BDHQ.  Can I still participate and how much is it?
Yes, anyone can participate. Same rates apply, noted above, whether you're a member or not.

What does this mean for me if I already have an annual membership at BDHQ?
Your monthly payments would increase to the $129/149 for the duration of your program.

Do I have to train at the same time every week?
You can switch your appointments week to week. You can change the times for your three weekly sessions if your schedule doesn't allow for set times.

I'm going away for part of my program.  Do I lose those sessions?
We will extend your program for illnesses, injuries, etc. 

My friends do not workout or they can't workout at the same time as me.  Can I still participate?
Yes! That's ok, you don't have to have anyone but yourself. We'll put you in a fun group.
