Small Group Training

What is Small Group Training (SGT)?

With a small athlete-to-trainer ratio, it's like having your own personal trainer, but at a fraction of the cost, while maintaining the quality and safety of personal training. You'll get your butt kicked in 30 minute high intensity sessions. By increasing the intensity of the sessions we're able to shorten the exercise time. It means less time spent sweating away in the gym and more time doing the things you really love, all while getting better results than you would with longer, low intensity workouts. The after burn you experience after an intense workout means that your body will continue to burn extra calories long after you have finished exercising. 

Depending on your fitness goals, we tailor the program for the accountability you need. If weight loss is your goal, for example, you will maintain a nutrional tracker that we provide and you will do weekly weigh-ins. If increasing your deadlifts is your goal, we'll build your program accordingly. 
  
Work with our trainers three times a week in our small group sessions.  Each session focuses on different body parts and training styles (i.e. metabolic conditioning, strength work, interval training, etc…).  You get to build your workout schedule to fit into your busy life.
